By using Sustainable Car Services for automotive detailing services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms represent our agreement with you.

2. Our Services

We provide the following services:

• Automotive detailing services (Essential, Premium, Luxury packages)
• Tune-up and quick maintenance services
• Mobile automotive services at your location

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information and contact details
• Make sure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
• Remove all personal belongings before we start
• Let us know about any existing damage or issues

4. Liability and Insurance

We carry liability insurance for our work. However, we're not responsible for existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues not related to our services. Any concerns about your vehicle's condition should be noted before we begin work.

5. Payment

Payment is due when services are completed unless we've agreed otherwise. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. There may be a small fee for credit card payments. Returned checks will have a $35 fee.

Appointment Policy

• Appointments scheduled in advance when possible
• Confirmation required 24 hours before appointment
• Service times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition
• Weather delays may occur for mobile services

Warranty Information

• Detailing services: 7-day satisfaction guarantee
• Warranty void if vehicle is damaged

Cancellation Terms

• 24+ hours advance notice: No cancellation fee
• 12-24 hours notice: 25% cancellation fee
• Less than 12 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
• No-show appointments: Full service charge

Rescheduling

• Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
• Emergency rescheduling accommodated when possible
• Weather-related rescheduling at no charge
• Multiple reschedules may incur administrative fees

Refund Policy

• Full refund for services not yet performed
• Partial refunds considered on case-by-case basis
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Quality issues addressed with re-service or refund

Emergency Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. Medical emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances will be considered for policy exceptions. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
